In 1972, when Sandra passed her real estate licensing test, it was the beginning of a childhood dream. A dream to enhance the quality of life enjoyed by her neighbors, friends and community by finding them the home of their dreams. Since that time, many changes in the industry have made the methods of fulfilling that dream different but the goals remain the same. A wife since 1966 and mother of 5, she knows and appreciates how important where you live can be in relationship to the quality of life enjoyed by the ones you love.
Sandra recognizes that being able to best represent your clients can only be achieved by a continuing commitment to education and knowledge. Thus, she strives to remain on the cutting edge of her industry by ever seeking to increase her knowledge. The designations she has earned which reflect these commitments are the Certified Buyer Broker, Leadership Training Graduate and Graduate REALTOR® Institute. She also took Appraising at North Eastern University; won a writing contest sponsored by her local Board and has taken numerous other classes throughout the years.
She served as Treasurer for the Hudson Chamber of Commerce, was Federal Coordinator to Congressman Charlie Bass for the NH Board of REALTORS® and worked her way through all the offices on State and Local Level for the Women’s Council of REALTORS®.
In 1991, she was named “Woman of the Year” for the Nashua Women’s Council of REALTORS® and in 1992 was New Hampshire Women’s Council of REALTORS® “Woman of the Year”. She was a Director for Graduate REALTOR® Institute in 1998. She has been involved in the Junior Achievement economics course designed to teach students about entrepreneurship in business. From 2001-2002, she was the fourth Vice President of the Nashua Federated Republican Women’s Club. From 2002-2004, Sandra chaired the Nashua Republican Executive Committee and was a director on the New Hampshire Republican Executive Committee. She was appointed to the NH Housing Authority by Governor Benson in 2004. She served on the Honorary Board for Vest Roy Excellence in Public Service as chairman in 2005 and on the board for an additional two years. In 2006, she was awarded the Nashua Republican “Woman of the Year”, by the Nashua Area Federated Republican Women’s Club.
Sandra currently serves the Nashua Board of Education. She was elected in 2006, 2010 and re-elected in 2014 all for 4 year terms. In 2010, she was elected the First Vice President of the NH Federation of Republican Women’s Club. From 2008-2010, she served on the Salvation Army Board of directors. She served as the Hillsborough County Commissioner from 2010-2016.
Sandra takes great pride in her profession and pleasure in providing customer service. Her commitment to her industry and community is her way of giving back to the city, state and nation that she loves.
