Get To Know Harmony Real Estate...
Harmony Real Estate has been buying and selling homes in the Nashua / Hudson area for 30+ years. Our original office was a small building located at 14 Spring St in Nashua NH.
It was a “handyman special”! The building was put together on a shoestring budget only heard about in this great country, the United States. Based on the condition of the property the Ziehm’s were able to purchase it for $45,000 in 1984.
Being a family owned and operated business, they then rolled up their sleeves and went to work rehabbing the building. Though a modest beginning, the building became of project to be proud of! Those who knew “the before” enjoyed the gratification of a job well done.
The building on Spring Street in Nashua NH was exchanged with a 1031 in 2001 for a new rehab project located on Lowell Road for $230,000. Our new office would become 2 Winnhaven Drive in Hudson NH. The building on Lowell Rd was yet another rehab project.
The Ziehm family rolled up their sleeves again and began with another rehab. Their daughter Angela did interior and exterior planning, their son Ken did most of the demolition and there was plenty of work for the rest of the family. Our success is proof that the free American Enterprise works!
If you are willing to work hard, this country still offers the possibility to reach your dreams even beyond your greatest imagination. Harmony was founded on the precept that real estate is a good investment. Proof of our belief is our continued investment in local real estate and in our community.
This is personified by our continued efforts to do business with local craftsmen, businesses, neighbor-to-neighbor and becoming friends with our community. Our hope is that our friends, neighbors and businesses in the community will complete the circle by doing business with Harmony Real Estate. If you have any questions about real estate give us a call, email or better yet drop by. We would love to talk with you!

Virginia Kazlouskas (Gregory) was born and raised in Nashua, NH and lives with her husband Steven, her daughter Annabelle and her two sons Damian and Jayceon. She graduated from Nashua High School and received her Association in Business from UNHM in 2004. Virginia is a full time REALTOR® working with clients in Southern New Hampshire. Primary clientele include REO/Bank Owned, Short Sales, Residential Sales, Multi-Family and Commercial Investments. She assists buyers and sellers with one of the largest investments they will ever have, real estate.
I’ve worked in the family business since 1996 as the Office Manager and am a Second Generation REALTOR®. In 2005, I began working as a REALTOR®. Harmony is owned by my parents who have been in the real estate industry since 1971. Our office was originally located in downtown Nashua on Spring Street and was relocated in 2002 to Lowell Road in Hudson. Both buildings were handyman specials built on a shoestring budget. Watching the hard work of building a business from scratch and general contracting my own two homes gave me an appreciation for those who have to work hard to get ahead.
Virginia specializes in new construction from the personal experience of general contracting her first two homes. The responsibility involved with maintaining subcontractors, design, site work and interior decorating has been beneficial in helping my clients along the way. “Sweat equity” is rewarding. Seeing a dream come to life was one of her most satisfying experiences.
She has also helped struggling homeowners short sale their homes with compassion and understanding. If you owe more for your home than you can sell it for, she can work with the bank to negotiate the sale and take the stress off of you as the homeowner and salvage your credit for future purchases. The process takes the added stress off the owner. Virginia can send in your financials and work with the bank to extend foreclosure to get your home sold.
Virginia has worked as a Property Manager for 4 different owners since 2008. She also purchased and rehabbed her own multi-family investment in 2014 and has learned a lot about the process that will be beneficial to her own clients. Learning the ins and outs of tenancy, leases, building permits, finances and much more has been a good insight to pass along to my clients.
Virginia loves being a NH REALTOR® and is enthusiastic about developing, building and maintaining relationships with all of my clients. Her ideals include a great respect for family values and customer services. It gives her motivation to enhance the quality of life a family experiences by putting them into the home of their dreams. There is no greater reward than knowing you were instrumental in the process. She would love to help you find the home of your dreams, sell your current home for top market value or give you a free home evaluation. She hope that you will give her the opportunity to earn your respect and add you to her growing list of satisfied customers.
Virginia is a member of the Granite State South Board of REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®. She attends Tabernacle Baptist Church in Litchfield and is the Executive Vice President of the Greater Hudson Chamber of Commerce. She is an animal lover having had a bunny, an iguana, a turtle, lots of fish, several cats and a dog in her lifetime. She loves to cook, bake, make crafts and paint ceramics with her family and friends in her spare time.

The primary mission of Harmony Real Estate is to provide the best possible assistance to our clients, the consumers, in the buying, selling and managing of their real estate. In pursuit of that goal, it is necessary to be informed about financing, tax advantages, marketing, neighborhood and school information, contractual or legal responsibilities, investments, general construction to include septic, well and other physical components of real estate and state information. The information we provide to our clients allows them to make an informed decision.
Each agent has become an extension of our Harmony family team. We provide our agent with continuing education and training keeping them on the cutting edge of our industry. Over the decades that Sandra Ziehm, owner/broker has been in the real estate business, there have been many changes. One thing that has not changed, is that counseling is the most valuable service we provide.
It is vital to retain full time coverage. We have an administrative staff to provide comprehensive coverage. We offer state-of-the-art technology to provide instant information and to create our marketing graphics.
We work as a team at Harmony Real Estate. Since service is on a demand basis and no one can be available at all times, it is necessary that Harmony act as a team using the golden rule as our guide. As a management tool, we keep track of the issues facing the agents in their transactions. We collectively discuss the issues that agents have experienced with each other, keeping total confidentiality in the spirit of learning! As such, we support and learn from each other to help our clients exceed. This comes as a benefit to our clients in the form of better service and negotiations. Part of that service is an “Open Door” policy with the owner/broker Sandra Ziehm. Her experience is open to all those who entrust their housing needs to our Harmony family team.
