Get To Know Harmony Real Estate

Harmony Real Estate has been all about buying and selling homes in the Nashua / Hudson area for 30+ years. Our original office was a small building located at 14 Spring St in Nashua NH.

The first building was a “handyman special”! It was put together on a shoestring budget only heard about in this great country, the United States. Based on the condition of the property the Ziehm’s were able to purchase it for $45,000 in 1984.

Being a family owned and operated business, the Ziehm's then rolled up their sleeves and went to work rehabbing the building. All of the Ziehm children were in involved in one facet or another. Though a modest beginning, the building became of project to be proud of! Those who knew “the before” enjoyed the gratification of a job well done.

The building on Spring Street in Nashua NH was exchanged with a 1031 in 2001 for a new rehab project located on Lowell Road for $230,000. Our new office would become 2 Winnhaven Drive in Hudson NH. The building on Lowell Rd was yet another rehab project.

The Ziehm family rolled up their sleeves again and began with another rehab. Their daughter Angela did interior and exterior planning, their son Ken did most of the demolition and there was plenty of work for the rest of the family. Our success is proof that the free American Enterprise works!

If you are willing to work hard, this country still offers the possibility to reach your dreams even beyond your greatest imagination. Harmony was founded on the precept that real estate is a good investment. Proof of our belief is our continued investment in local real estate and in our community.

This is personified by our continued efforts to do business with local craftsmen, businesses, neighbor-to-neighbor and becoming friends with our community. Our hope is that our friends, neighbors and businesses in the community will complete the circle by doing business with Harmony Real Estate. If you have any questions about real estate give us a call, email or better yet drop by. We would love to talk with you!

Virginia Kazlouskas was born and raised in Nashua, NH and lives with her husband Steven, her daughter, her three sons and her dog. She graduated from Nashua High School and received her Association in Business from UNHM in 2004. Virginia is a full time REALTOR® working with clients in Southern New Hampshire. Primary clientele include Residential Sales, Multi-Family, Commercial Investments REO/Bank Owned, and Short Sales. She assists buyers and sellers with one of the largest investments they will ever have, real estate.

She’s worked in the family business since 1996 as the Office Manager and is a Second Generation REALTOR®. In 2005, she began working as a REALTOR®. Harmony is owned by her mother who has been in the real estate industry since 1971. Our office was originally located in downtown Nashua on Spring Street and was relocated in 2002 to Lowell Road in Hudson. Both buildings were handyman specials built on a shoestring budget. Watching the hard work of building a business from scratch and general contracting her own two homes gave her an appreciation for those who have to work hard to get ahead.

Virginia specializes in new construction from the personal experience of general contracting her first two homes.  The responsibility involved with maintaining subcontractors, design, site work and interior decorating has been beneficial in helping her clients along the way. “Sweat equity” is rewarding. Seeing a dream come to life was one of her most satisfying experiences.

She has also helped struggling homeowners short sale their homes with compassion and understanding. If you owe more for your home than you can sell it for, she can work with the bank to negotiate the sale and take the stress off of you as the homeowner and salvage your credit for future purchases. The process takes the added stress off the owner. Virginia can send in your financials and work with the bank to extend foreclosure to get your home sold.

Virginia has worked as a Property Manager for 4 different owners since 2008. She also purchased and rehabbed her own multi-family investment in 2014 and has learned a lot about the process that will be beneficial to her own clients. Learning the ins and outs of tenancy, leases, building permits, finances and much more has been a good insight to pass along to her clients.

Virginia loves being a NH REALTOR® and is enthusiastic about developing, building and maintaining relationships with all of her clients. Her ideals include a great respect for family values and customer services. It gives her motivation to enhance the quality of life a family experiences by putting them into the home of their dreams. There is no greater reward than knowing you were instrumental in the process. She would love to help you find the home of your dreams, sell your current home for top market value or give you a free home evaluation. She hopes that you will give her the opportunity to earn your respect and add you to her growing list of satisfied customers.
